OpenCity is an open source city simulator, similar to the classic Sim City, although it's not in 2D like the first games, but rather in 3D.
OpenCity works in a similar way to the original game from Maxis. You can start from three different kinds of plots: residential, commercial, or industrial.

The development of each zone depends on different factors, like the existence of nearby roads or access to sufficient electricity.
The landscape is randomly generated. Build an energy plant and electrical lines to bring power to your city. Don't forget to put in basic services like police, sanitation, and firefighters.
OpenCity is still in a preliminary phase, but we hope that it will continue to be developed successfully.

It looks terrible only in the photos, nahh... the best of all is Cin City 4. Try it, that's a true city builder XD
I didn't like it because it's very unoriginal, and besides, I could download SimCity with much better graphics and gameplay.
